A temperature transmitter converts the signal from a PT100 or PT1000 probe into a 4...20 mA or 0...10 V normalized signal, insensitive to the length of the cable. The EvominiX range from Italcoppie places this electronic device directly on the probe, in a compact IP67 enclosure with an M12 connector.
