Overfilled temperature probe IKS: waterproof and economical

The IKS series from Italcoppie is a cable-type temperature probe whose sensitive element is entirely molded in thermoplastic rubber. The molding eliminates moisture ingress points and guarantees an IP67 seal, for a controlled manufacturing cost.

Element sensitive to choice

The probe is available with a PT100 element, PT1000, or an NTC thermistor. Thermosteps offer precision and interchangeability, while the NTC provides high sensitivity at low cost over a reduced range.

TPE flat cable

The flat TPE cable remains flexible, easily slips under a joint or door and resists water and cleaning. The operating range extends from -40 to 150 °C.

Custom-made manufacturing

Italcoppie Sensori, an Italian manufacturer specializing in temperature measurement, manufactures this probe according to your specifications: length and diameter of the cable, length and type of cable, termination connector, process connection. The series are produced both in small quantities and in OEM volumes.
