TCM jacketed thermocouple: the robust multifunction device

The TCM from Italcoppie is a mineral-insulated thermocouple (MIC) finished with a standard compensated connector. Available in many diameters and lengths, it covers the majority of industrial measurements up to 1150 °C.

Construction with mineral insulation

The thermocouple conductors are encased in compacted magnetics inside a metal sheath. The result is extremely robust, foldable, and vibration-resistant.

Type K or J

Type K covers the widest range and remains the industry standard. Type J is preferred in plastics processing and on certain controllers. Both are available depending on your measuring instrument.

Standard compensated connector

The standard connector made of compensated material preserves the accuracy of the measurement and allows for the quick replacement of the probe.
