In a mineral-insulated (MIC) probe, the conductors are encased in compacted magnesium within a metal sheath. This construction is flexible, very robust, vibration-resistant, and suitable for high temperatures.
Thermostatic resistances and thermocouples
- PT100 and PT1000 with mineral insulation: precision and stability up to 500 °C.
- K and J-type thermocouples: up to 1150 °C, short response time, single or double element.
- Diameters from 1.5 to 6 mm depending on the required response time and robustness.
Connector or cable
The probes end with an M8, M12, standard or mini connector, or with a crimped transition with cable. The M12 versions combine with our temperature transmitters.
