Cabled probes are the simplest and most economical solution for measuring temperature. The sensitive element is housed in a metal tube or molded over it, then connected to a cable suitable for the environment.
Lengths, diameters and terminations are made to order. For higher temperatures or high mechanical stresses, choose a probe with mineral insulation.
