Weight and force indicator 96×48 mm with OLED display
High-resolution strain gauge input, 2 relays, RS485
The STR561 from Pixsys is a 96×48 mm panel indicator dedicated to load cells and strain gauge sensors. Its graphical OLED display displays weight or force, trend and bar graph, with clear text menus available in French.
The input reaches 8,000,000 points at 1 Hz and up to 1200 Hz for dynamic measurements. It powers up to 4 350 Ω cells in parallel, with a linearity of less than 0.01% of full scale.
Calibration is done using a standard weight, as a percentage of the full scale, or directly in mV/V from the sensor datasheet. Auto-configuration is also provided for some Dynisco material pressure sensors.
Tare management, raw/net display, peak memory, totalizer and sum function are accessible on the front panel or via the two digital inputs.
Two 2 A relays manage the thresholds; an output 0/4…20 mA transmits the measurement, and the isolated RS485 port communicates using Modbus RTU slave. The configuration is also done via NFC.
