Converters for PT100, PT1000, Ni100 and thermocouples
Output 4…20 mA or 0…10 V, 16-bit conversion
These converters convert the signal from a PT100, PT1000, Ni100 (2, 3 or 4 wires) probe or a thermocouple into a normalized 4…20 mA or 0…10 V signal. They are available in a probe head version, mounted directly into the connection head, and in a DIN rail version for the cabinet.
The 16-bit conversion ensures high accuracy over the entire scale, and the output is resized according to the selected input range.
The probe head versions (Ø 45 mm, 23 mm high) are installed closest to the sensor. The DIN rail versions in a 1 module format (18 x 90 x 64 mm) are mounted in a cabinet.
The output 4…20 mA is powered by the 2-wire loop, from 6 to 32 VDC: no additional power wiring is necessary.
