The Pixsys PID 72×72 ATR171 controller is programmed for a wide range of industrial applications. Its dual 4-digit display allows for a quick reading of the measured value and setpoint, and its universal power supply simplifies selection and stock management.
The analog input is programmable for both temperature probes (thermocouples, thermoresistors) and process signals in voltage or current. The ATR171-23ABC-T version adds a second input dedicated to temperature probes, ideal for differential control applications between two measurement points.
Each output can be freely assigned: control command or multiple alarms. Depending on the version, the ATR171 has 2 to 4 relays, or an SSR output to control a static relay.
A single reference covers all common power voltages, from 24 to 230 V in alternating and direct current, with galvanic isolation.
The digital input allows you to activate functions remotely, such as changing the setting or setting the timer, without needing to touch the front panel.
This PID controller 72×72 integrates the dual hot/cold PID, soft-start with a gradient of rise in degrees per hour, open/closed logic for motorized valves, and a Loop Break Alarm that detects a faulty probe or actuator.
The ATR171-23ABC-T version integrates into a supervision or automation system via its isolated RS485 port, using the Modbus RTU slave protocol.
