The DRR244 from Pixsys brings the functions of a complete front panel controller in a 4-module DIN rail enclosure. It mounts directly into the cabinet, next to the circuit breakers and static relays, while retaining a dual display for on-site adjustment and diagnostics.
The DRR244-13ABC-T combines all the options in a single control code: universal analog input, current transformer input, two digital inputs, three relays, two SSR outputs, an analog output, and a RS485 port. Stock management is simplified.
The 16-bit input is programmed for thermocouples, thermoresistors, and process signals. The isolated analog output 4…20 mA or 0…10 V is used for control or relaying.
The RS485 port isolated in Modbus RTU slave mode facilitates integration with an automation system or supervision. Configuration is done via NFC with the MyPixsys application, via micro USB or via a memory card.
Dual hot/cold PID, soft-start, open/closed logic for motorized valves, loop break alarm, and load current monitoring via the current transformer.
