The 1049 from TIME Electronics is a precision simulator for PT100 (α 0.385) probes. It replaces the probe with a standard resistance and allows the control of a controller, indicator or transmitter over 23 points from -200 to 800 °C, without a bath or calibration furnace.
Resistances with high-performance metallic film ensure a low temperature coefficient and excellent stability. The values comply with the DIN EN 60751 (ITS 90) standard, with an accuracy of better than ±0.15 °C at 0 °C, ideal for the -60 to 60 °C range.
The output is purely passive: the 1049 operates with all PT100 measurement equipment, including systems with pulsed or interrupted excitation current.
With 112 x 61 x 55 mm and 170 g, it fits into a maintenance bag. It is supplied with a carrying case.
