The TIME Electronics 7000 combines a precision digital thermometer for RTD probes and an RTD/ohms calibrator in a portable case. It enables high-precision measurements without bulky laboratory instrumentation.
With an accuracy of 0.05 °C and a resolution of 0.01 °C, it serves as an external reference for dry block furnaces and calibration baths. It accepts Pt100, Pt200, Pt500, Pt1000, Ni120 and Ni1000 probes in 2, 3 or 4 wires.
In generator mode, it simulates these same probes or a resistance of 0.01 Ω to 2.6 kΩ, with 5 fixed points and a programmable ramp.
The NiMH battery offers more than 24 hours of use, with an optional AC adapter.
