Integrated K thermocouple, oscillating support
The Italcoppie N028032A integrates a type K thermocouple into an insulated U-CAN TOUCH hot water wand. The machine knows the actual temperature of the water dispensed, which is useful for tea, infusions or dosing functions.
The Ø 2 mm K thermocouple with mineral insulation measures the temperature closest to the water outlet.
Italcoppie's U-CAN TOUCH technology thermally insulates the tube: the surface stays touchable during and after use, which reduces the risk of burns for the barista and limits milk sticking to the wand.
