It measures the water temperature in contact with the coffee, where extraction quality is decided.<\/p>\n<h3>For testing and adjustment<\/h3>\n<p>Service technicians, roasters and manufacturers use it to check the thermal stability of a batch, adjust the boiler temperature or compare machines.<\/p>\n<h3>Fine and quick measure<\/h3>\n<p>The \u00d8 1 mm T thermocouple in AISI 316, with insulated hot-melt welding, reacts quickly.
