Steam wand N040001B: automatic milk frothing

The Italcoppie N040001B combines an NTC temperature probe and an adjustable air intake nozzle in a single insulated U-CAN TOUCH wand. It lets manufacturers offer automatic frothing: the machine doses the air and shuts off the steam at the programmed temperature.

Integrated NTC 10K probe

The NTC element 10 kΩ ±1% (β 3435) of Ø 3 mm measures the temperature of the milk in real time, for constant foam regardless of the operator.

Directional air aspiration

The Ø 2.2 mm swivelling intake nozzle draws in the air needed for the foam texture. The AISI 316 stainless steel diffuser with 5 holes of Ø 1.9 mm and the tilting support with unlimited rotation complete the assembly.

U-CAN TOUCH technology

Italcoppie's U-CAN TOUCH technology thermally insulates the tube: the surface stays touchable during and after use, which reduces the risk of burns for the barista and limits milk sticking to the wand.
